An Inspiring Journey
Kathy traveled to Sedona, AZ in October 2010 to attend instruction on an exciting modality called Myofascial release (MFR) as a compliment to the benefits of massage therapy. The educational course was taught by physical therapist John Barnes, who has developed the technique of MFR.
Kathy was inspired at several of the famed Sedona Vortexes (above, left) while on an Iron Pony Tour, as well as learning about the history and folklore of the Hopi Native Americans who are native to the Sedona area.
